When I first started with MayanFit, I suffered from major constipation and bloating. I’m talking sometimes I wouldn’t go for 3-4 days. I also had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, which would make my migraines worse. I also had low energy and stress management issues.
Through labs, the program and help of my practitioner Melissa, we have worked through different protocols to help with digestion, sleep, nutrition, and relaxation. I have found specific supplements that work in my favor and have learned how to eat to better fuel my body. I now have smoother bowel movements, less bloating, and have found strategies that help with sleep and stress. This experience has been beneficial and I am thankful that I had the help and encouragement of MayanFit through it all!
